VFW Post 6364
6502 Dickens Place
Richmond, Virginia  23227
West Richmond VFW Post 6364 was chartered on September 29th, 1966. Our first Commander was Willie Terry.

Since then, the Post has moved six times, with the current facility being our home since December of 1999. We
are conveniently located in Henrico County's West End close to the city limits of Richmond, with easy access
from Interstate 64 .

We have strive to make our Post unique with an architectural design unlike any post in the country. We have
many artifacts that add to the beauty of our Post. Our goal is to be open for our members and their guests, to
have a place to come and enjoy comradeship any day of the week. The canteen is open seven days a week,
365 days a year. A full size breakfast is served every Sunday morning. Likewise, dinners every Friday night.
Short order lunches at very reasonable prices are served everyday. The kitchen is always open!

We are very proud of our work in the community. Our visits to the VA hospital in Richmond are looked forward to
by the patients and staff. Our donations to local charities continue every year. If you live in Richmond and are
eligible for membership in the VFW, we would more than happy to welcome you to our family. If you are visiting
our fine city, please come see us! Thank you for stopping by our website.
